How we approach barndominiums
A barndominium shell gives you the footprint, framing, roof and exterior envelope with the door and window openings framed where your floor plan calls for them.
Because interior finish-out is not part of our scope, we focus on getting the shell right: layout, openings, roof and exterior detailing that your finish-out team can build against.
Slab work can be included so the pad and shell are coordinated from the start.
